Twas the night before pictures and all through the house,
every jean had a hole, and a stain on my blouse.
We raced to get haircuts, and all some new clothes,
and tried to get zits not to appear on our nose.
The children were buzzed, and given a style,
when one got a scrap and picked it for awhile.
SO momma calls the photographer to see what to do,
knowing that he will think this is nothing new.
I signed up for twitter to get this free session,
Although one would have thought I have learned my lesson.
When last year we tried to do pictures you see,
I smashed on the snowmobile and got a fake knee.
Now Kennedy! now, Dawson! now, Cole and Aleigha!
lets get Blake to smile, and Daddy to clean ya.
Daddy wear a polo, oh no that can't happen...
Mommy's back to Kohl's and ready to slap him.
Daddy has shaved all the hair of his head,
this portrait session I'm beginning to dread.
When really all I wanted you all,
was some new family memories to hang on the wall.
So tomorrow evening with the grace from above,
we will take some pictures that will reflect our love.

Will keep everyone posted on how our pictures go, My surgery has been moved up to this Thursday, the kids last day of school is on Friday, Cole's last soccer game is on Saturday - anything else we can squeeze in one week?
